PEORIA (WEEK) — The two brothers who were found dead inside of a car in central Peoria on Wednesday have been identified by the Peoria County coroner.
Eric Bailey II, 27, and Zamion Bailey, 22, were both found dead in a car in the 2300 block of North Idaho at around 6:08 p.m. Wednesday, said Coroner Jamie Harwood.
Medics responded to the scene but police were called in since the two were “obviously” dead, said Harwood.
Harwood pronounced the brothers dead at 7:21 p.m..
An autopsy shows the two suffered multiple gunshot wounds to their bodies and died instantly, said Harwood.
The investigation is ongoing.
