Dense fog has developed early this morning and is impacting communities north and west of the Illinois River, where the majority of Monday’s rainfall occurred. The fog is expected to lift by mid to late morning.
A partly cloudy afternoon is on tap, with afternoon highs warming into the mid 70s. An isolated sprinkle is possible, but the majority of the area will stay dry.
A few isolated showers are possible Wednesday, but most areas are expected to stay dry once again. The big weather story is a prolonged warm up into the mid 80s starting this weekend!
