GLASGOW, KY. (WKRN) – A Middle Tennessee man has been arrested in connection to a Glasgow, Kentucky murder that happened Sunday, May 23.
Police say Aaron Rodriguez has been charged with first degree murder and is being held in the Davidson County Jail on a 500-thousand dollar bond.
Rodriguez reportedly drove to Glasgow where he shot and killed Melissa Miller. He was meeting with Miller to buy a computer from her, police say. Glasgow Police would not elaborate on what happened between Miller and Rodriguez when he arrived to her home.
Investigators released surveillance photos of the white car involved in the murder and later tracked the car to Williamson County.
Rodriguez was arrested Thursday at his Williamson County workplace. Glasgow Police confirm he worked at the Burger Fi on Executive Center Drive in Brentwood. An affidavit says Rodriguez had a pistol in his right pocket when police showed up to take him into custody.
A woman seen in the car with Rodriguez after the murder has also been identified. Police say charges are pending as the investigation continues.
