CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago Bulls showed some promise in their first season with Arturas Karnisovas leading the basketball operation and Billy Donovan as coach. But they have some work to do. The Bulls finished 11th in the Eastern Conference at 31-41. They missed the playoffs for the fourth straight year. Karnisovas says he is optimistic because “each player is disappointed with the season.”
