Peoria Area Restaurant Week kicks off Monday


PEORIA (WEEK) — The first Peoria Area Restaurant Week kicks off today, Monday, in an effort to showcase local restaurants.

For seven consecutive days through May 16, participating dining establishments will showcase specially curated prix fixe menus.

The event is organized by the Peoria Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Participating restaurants include:

BBQ Smokewagon – East Peoria
Firehouse Pizza & Pub – East Peoria
Suite Fire Bar + Grille – Peoria
The Broadway Deli & Lounge – Peoria
Avanti’s Ristorante – North Peoria, Rockwood/Sterling, Main Street, East Peoria, Pekin
Hoops Pub & Pizza – Peoria
