Four people, including two children, were killed in a collision between two vehicles in northeastern Oklahoma on Friday, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Charlie Eberley, 30, from Miami; Caitlin Kebel, 28, from Cowapau; A 7-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy have died whose names have not been released as a result of their injuries in the accident, according to an OHP report.
The collision on US Aircraft 69 occurred just after 8:30 pm. Near Quapaw, about 90 miles (145 kilometers) northeast of Tulsa.
The report stated that three children between the ages of 3, 7 and 8 were hospitalized in stable condition due to the injuries they sustained in the accident.
The five children were passengers in a sports car driven by Keppel while Aberley was driving the other vehicle involved in the collision, according to the report.
The cause of the collision was still under investigation on Saturday, but it was raining and the road was wet at the time of the accident, the World Health Agency reported.
