Three Ohio men were killed and three others injured in a crash along Interstate 75 in northern Kentucky, police said.
A preliminary investigation found that Luis Diego Godino Rivera, 23, was driving a GMC Yukon south on the evening of I-75 near Williamstown when the vehicle veered off the right shoulder, hit a fender, returned to the road and flipped several times, Kentucky State Police said in a statement.
Officials said Gidino Rivera and two of the passengers, Evrin Rivera Mancha, 42, and Jonathan Contreras Rivera, 29, were declared dead at the scene by a coroner in Grant County. The three men were from Dayton.
Police said that three other passengers were taken to nearby hospitals. Their circumstances have not been released.
The accident is still under investigation.
